We successfully supported Samsung in publicizing the opening of their state-of-the-art contact center in Hradec Králové. Our efforts included inviting both regional and national media, along with preparing a comprehensive press release that featured photographs and interactive gift packages for editorial offices, showcasing the unique character and technology of the new center. During the opening of the customer center, we organized a successful press conference where we highlighted the benefits of the center and the innovative strategies Samsung employs to enhance customer care. This approach captured the attention of journalists, resonating not only with technology enthusiasts but also with Ekonom magazine, which explored the theme of Czech-Korean collaboration within Samsung.
